Peppers stuffed with pumpkin and potato

Ingredients:
dozen of green peppers
for the filling: 1 / 2 kg cut into small cubes of potatoes
30 g sliced into small cubes of yellow pumpkin
onion
oil
salt
pepper
a tablespoon of tomato puree

Preparation: Clean the vegetables, slice the potatoes and pumpkin. Fry the onions to be vitreous. All combine and spice. Fill peppers, arrange them in an ovenproof dish and pour any oil. Place in a preheated oven at 220-230 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
